A real estate firm commented on a recent trend in a nationwide decline in foreclosure activity. According to recent data, this year’s foreclosure crisis is was the lowest that it has been in eight years.

RealtyTrac, a estate research company, mentioned that the foreclosure activity in November had fallen 37 percent compared to last year. This recorded data marks an all-time low since December 2005.

Darren Blomquist, the vice president of RealtyTrac, said that this positive turn in the real estate market could point to improved economic conditions nationwide.
